Mr. John D. Hildebrandt has been an Executive Vice President of Operations at Pricesmart Inc. since February 2010 and served as its Executive Vice President of Central America and Trinidad Operations from March 2009 to January 2010 and Executive Vice President of Central America Operations from August 2003 to February 2009. Mr. Hildebrandt served as an Executive Vice President of Caribbean and Central America Operations from August 2003 to January 2004. Mr. Hildebrandt served as an Executive Vice President of Caribbean and Asia Operations from July 2001 to July 2003 and served as Senior Vice President at Pricesmart Inc., from September 2000 to July 2001. Mr. Hildebrandt served as a Vice President of Pricesmart Inc., from September 1998 to August 2000, overseeing operations in Central America. He served as Country Manager in the Philippines and Panama from August 1997 to August 1998 and as PEIs Country Manager in the Philippines and Panama from 1996 until Pricesmart Inc., was spun off from PEI in August 1997. Prior to joining PEI as Country Manager in 1996, Mr. Hildebrandt served as a Senior Operations Manager of Costco from 1994 to 1996 and had served in various management roles for TPC since 1979.
