What is the best part about your compensation package?

Prime offers very good medical benefits

Medical insurance and time off

The annual incentive bonus is fairly large and the PTO and 401k match are pretty good in comparison to the market

The yearly bonus is always nice!

The annual bonus structure is a huge plus. Every year, our bonus is calculated in part by your personal performance and in part by the company's overall performance. In the years I've been there, I received a bonus equivalent to an additional paycheck!
