It's hard to work in the healthcare industry. Aside from the CEO having a focus on winning new clients and he has less of an overall focus on improving the member experience, it's a great place to work.

The annual bonus structure is a huge plus. Every year, our bonus is calculated in part by your personal performance and in part by the company's overall performance. In the years I've been there, I received a bonus equivalent to an additional paycheck!

We work great together, and complement each others work styles.

I wish my team was younger like me, but I can't really help that. There are plenty of young people throughout the company I can interact with so that's not a real problem. I like that we all have the same goal!

The leadership team I am a part of is often dysfunctional. My peers don't know how to listen and work collaboratively, but rather come across as ignorant and demanding. Some don't operate with a sense of team and will do whatever it takes to look out for themselves, even at the expense of others.
