What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find my leadership team to be very professional and extremely capable.
They listen to new ideas and implement them. They also continually give great feedback.
Easy going, and accommodating to home/work life balance. My leadership trusts me, and I feel that - which makes me strive to do a great job for them.
They frequently interact with their employees and aren't "too big" to stop in the hallway and chat with, or come to happy hour and hang!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Prime offers very good medical benefits
Medical insurance and time off
The annual incentive bonus is fairly large and the PTO and 401k match are pretty good in comparison to the market
The yearly bonus is always nice!
The annual bonus structure is a huge plus. Every year, our bonus is calculated in part by your personal performance and in part by the company's overall performance. In the years I've been there, I received a bonus equivalent to an additional paycheck!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work great together, and complement each others work styles.
I wish my team was younger like me, but I can't really help that. There are plenty of young people throughout the company I can interact with so that's not a real problem. I like that we all have the same goal!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find the friendly atmosphere amongst team members a very positive factor,
The company overall has a very positive and energizing environment that is rooted in a strong foundation of core values and Senior Leadership transparency of the overall vision/direction of the organization
Prime cares about their employees, and i've never been made to feel like "just a number" Rather, I've always been valued as an employee

What did you like most about the interview process?
I found the interview process streamlined and efficient and the people with whom I interacted were great.
It was comfortable, and they answered all the questions I had, and asked good questions in return.
The interview process was long, but I enjoyed that I met a number of different team members and that they all had an influence on whether or not I was hired there.
What makes you most happy at work?
The core competencies and responsibilities of my role as well as the cross departmental interactions with valued business partners
I enjoy what I do everyday. I feel like I make a difference.
I just really love my job!
