Mr. Brian H. McInerney has been Executive Vice President of Primo Water Corporation since December 2016. Mr. McInerney has been the President of Primo's self-service refill drinking water business in the United States and Canada since the completion of the Glacier acquisition in December 2016. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Glacier Water Services Inc. since May 2001 until December 2016. Prior to joining Glacier Water Services Inc. in May 2001, Mr. McInerney served as the Vice President of Worldwide Autolite Products for Honeywell International (AlliedSignal), a manufacturing company. He joined AlliedSignal in 1997 and served in various marketing management positions. He began his marketing career at Nabisco, a diversified food company. Prior thereto, he served at KPMG, an accounting firm, as a financial auditor. Mr. McInerney serves as a Director of Glacier Water Services Inc. He served as a Director of Freshpet, Inc.
