The opportuninty to take care of my family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Accruing a vacation date using set vacation date without getting penalized and having to do the work for taking a day off that you earned
The pay is very low for what the job entails. Also, there are no incentives for great performance.
Have a better pay structure
We are very under valued. I would say the pay needs to be atleast the mediun of the industry.

The ability to work together

Focus more on the customer

The co wotkers are more of a brotherhood then co eorkers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hiring enough people to cover the work. Giving them overworked employees a day off and not expecting them to do the work for the day that you gave them off
Make shifts much shorter for better quality of life

The interviewer was great! Professional but welcoming and engaging.
