Everyone works together its not just on the crew
The senior leaders who have joined in the past 1 year are extremely inspiring. They are building a strong purpose driven culture.... I am shocked at the difference in just 1 year. The future is bright and dull of growth!

The Senior Leadership Team has done a great job at increasing communication to the organization. It is good to know we all have the same purpose and are "rowing" in the same direction.
