There are pros and cons. Sometimes more of one than the other. The immediate co workers are wonderful the management could use some improvements. Other than that everything is great.

I would feel better about compensation if I felt like my hard work, time and schedule were respected. I don't make enough for what I deal with every day.

Teachers need to be qualified and trained properly. There was absolutely no training happen. They were hiring any kids and letting them do whatever they want it just to have a body in the room for a ratio.
