Diversity and Inclusion at Privy

We want to build the strongest possible team by embracing the full scope of human experiences. We want to elevate our team by celebrating unique strengths in others. That's why we're directing our efforts towards recruiting candidates from communities that are underrepresented in tech. We will leverage data to drive our recruiting efforts and improve both representation and equity across Privy.

We're working to help close the wage gaps for women, minorities, and other underrepresented communities in tech. In the time since the group's inception, we have made our open roles much more accessible to candidates of different backgrounds and implemented policies that reinforce celebrating the strength in our differences. As we grow, we will continue to prioritize practices that promote equity and representation.
