Being genuinely considerate of other's health and well-being. Pay employees what they earn, don't work us to the bone.
During lockdown, we put our lives at risk by coming into work so that we dont lose our jobs while the guys stay comfortablly safe at home. As time goes by my pay decreases due to "budget."
People at management level need to value if the employee's actual professional knowledge meets their responsibility. The person who usually spoke the loudest is also the one who is good in acting instead of hard-working. They earn credits by presenting the result which is not done by themselves.

Please treat other co-worker equally. They spent more time on being clown for the management people, and not working on communicating with the team.
Better salary, better hours (no holidays or weekends), pay for traveling expenses, actually be on time for meetings, stop office drama and gossipping, have respect for others' work and life balance.
