What are you most excited about working at PROforma?
Just seeing coworkers. Some employees are blatantly rude.
How does PROforma make decisions around promotions?
The bosses see how often you work after hours and if they think you're asking for more work.
How's the vacation policy at PROforma?
Horrible. 10 days for the rest of your working experience. (No sick days, ect.)
How much and how often do raises happen at PROforma?
You possibly get a 3 month raise and never again. No bonuses

Fast. You have to be.

Seeing my coworkers.

No one. No growth. Those who can handle constant complaints from management. Stressful environment.

How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at PROforma?
If you want even the slightest raise you're expected to work late.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining PROforma?
That there is no HR, your vacation will always stay at 10 days off, no sick days. Have to make up hours if you have appointments or take off. Toxic work environment. The bosses say crude, unprofessional things to employees. Very stressful environment. Everyone wishes to leave.
What's the office layout like at PROforma?
Crammed.
How long do the interviews usually take at PROforma?
2 hours
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from PROforma?
1 hour first boss, 1 hour with manager, 2 hours with the manager and the other boss. It took that day to be hired.
What questions do they ask during the interview process at PROforma?
What car do you drive? What's the last book you read? CNN or Fox? If you could be any superhero what would you be? Things that don't pretain to much.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at PROforma?
There needs to be a manual for all employees on rules and policies. They need to speak to employees and listen to them on their concerns.
What do people at PROforma think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
They can not accept criticism. They are not listening to their employees.
