They challenge the employees to do their best and to see what the "possibilities" are at Proforma and in the industry.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping our franchise owners accomplish their goals. Even though my part is small I like to think it helps them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the employees care. Some do not and complain. I appreciate that management is really trying to make this a fun and caring place.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it is fair. I have looked at what other companies pay and Proforma seems to be in line. I guess employees always want more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does a lot of small activities with the employees. The employees vote on most of the activities and we have an employee council too to keep us up to date.
