What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is resourceful and everyone communicates. It's a warm work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They do they're jobs well, but the whole atmosphere isn't the most welcoming. To an extent, it's a bit uncomfortable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My company offers great compensation which comes along with many benefits containing health care, dental care, sick days, vacations, etc.
It's always timely
They're reliable at least! I've never had a problem with receiving my payments on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful at times
How effectively we all work together and get everything done as it should be done. We have a great strong team when it’s come
My team are driven and diligent. They always meet deadlines and go above and beyond.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The same as the last. But since I often keep to myself, it's not that big of a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers. They make everyday feel like home no matter the circumstances, we have a great staff.
The people and work ethic
Some say communication is key, but here we don't teally talk; yet that has never effected our productivity.

Just knowing that what I'm doing is making a difference!

Nothing is necessarily wrong with the company. The one who's always lacked a bit of motivation.
