You literally are just a cog in the wheel. This company's focus is clearly to make money. They do not care about the employees.

The ability to work together and knowing we have each other's back.

Work-life balance is important. While we work hard, we allow time to step away for a moment and share together as a company.

Get rid Of poor management. Better training, More consistency.

The company is interview process is unnecessarily long. More than one interview is not necessary.
