What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused on growth mentality and provide transparency
Rick Morris really, is an executing person who gets the job done with precision. Isn't the average boss you could say with expectations of nothing but achieving the project goals. Any information pertaining any information or an escalation is always managed and there's always a solution to it.
I think they're thinking about what's ahead for our industry and they move (slowly) but surely in the direction of people and activities that drive revenue.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remove the lower performing employee's and hire more competent people.

Working with more competent people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We place goals that sometimes don't seem obtainable, but always with the right work ethic we really work at bit by bit see progress until execution. The best thing about my team is the official word in the question. The team itself, the people surrounded by, and the team environment ProQuest has.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Become more knowledgeable about the practices they are attempting to adhere too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company is very inclusive
People can joke while maintaining to multitask their job, in the comfort of being controllable fast. Precision and dedication goes a long way.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus more on what your employee's are doing, they aren't working as much as they claim to be.

Speed of hiring process was excellent.

The environment, the cubicles, the people around you. How nice everyone is.
The culture is fantastic, tons of opportunity for growth, fast paced, really smart people work here, highly collaborative, get to wear jeans

Improve the aptude factor of the employee's who work in IT.
