What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's comprehensive and available for all.

base salary is strong and opportunity for bonuses

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

These questions are not applicable to me.

I did nothing last year and all my stuff was removed and now I have now benifits.

I feel undervalued because my experience, efforts and knowledge are not acknowledged or rewarded. A standard yearly increase in salary to match CPI would go a long way.
