I believe Prosegur can be a great company and in some aspects it is. It is a corporate company and like all corporate companies they will let go of people if its cost effective. I think they should do better.

The leadership team is non-existent. The corporate office does not answer phone calls. The direct managers would often yell, scream at their employees. The pay discrepancies happens on regular basis. Employees are left without any help.
