Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
These questions are not applicable to me.
I did nothing last year and all my stuff was removed and now I have now benifits.
I feel undervalued because my experience, efforts and knowledge are not acknowledged or rewarded. A standard yearly increase in salary to match CPI would go a long way.

Competitive pay rates and for the execs to understand how things function in individual departments.
