What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay is way too low and better paying jobs are gave to new employees instead of the most senior employees.
The CEO and more senior members of the executive team are great. There is new senior management that is awful and power hungry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put out this biggest productions numbers yet I'm one of the lowest paid employees.
