What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to approach, willing to listen and try to understand.
Open and honest discussions. They try to support employees and the business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accountability and being proactive about known issues
Know their employees. Fairness across the board. When someone needs to get let go they get rid of them...not fail them into a higher job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total package incl. benefits is reasonable.
Total compensation (mix of salary, benefits and stock).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I come up with great ideas. I have taught so many people how to do their job efficiently . I have saved SO many soon to be late loojobs. With only Molders thanking me. A better raise and our bonuses back. It's not fair that the office and management gets them. When the floor does most of the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
More of a family when it comes to people on the floor
Nice people, easy to talk to, friendly atmosphere.
