PSCU is a great company, need work on Brand and employee experience. There are talent decisions being made that insist on keeping bad "leaders" for the sake of maintain the knowledge. However; that have adverse effects on teams across the board.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Innovative thinking and modernization of services and products we offer.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Open-mindedness is key. Employees with long tenure tends to think that they know what is best and often put down newer employees for thinking creatively or innovating.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that my total compensation in comparisons to others are under. I believe that our compensation team have biases and have favorites within their own team and the organization.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A real leader in DEI. The current DEI leader exhibits extreme biases and doesn't appear to understand what she's doing. yet, her poor quality work is praised by our E-Team leaders, because DEI and culture values at PSCU are for the perceptions than reality. Employee Engagement needs priority.
