What do you like best about the leadership team?
Encouraging, compassionate, great leadership, trust worthy
Approachable and willing to make changes where appropriate
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Positive feedback, instead of always negative. Being more personable and easier to reach.
Everything. Listen to the employee complaints and consider immediate changes.
Innovative thinking and modernization of services and products we offer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's comparable to what's in the workforce today
They are offered to employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that my total compensation in comparisons to others are under. I believe that our compensation team have biases and have favorites within their own team and the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all understand that we have to interact with each other to learn more
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Open-mindedness is key. Employees with long tenure tends to think that they know what is best and often put down newer employees for thinking creatively or innovating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home instead of in office
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A real leader in DEI. The current DEI leader exhibits extreme biases and doesn't appear to understand what she's doing. yet, her poor quality work is praised by our E-Team leaders, because DEI and culture values at PSCU are for the perceptions than reality. Employee Engagement needs priority.
