Open-mindedness is key. Employees with long tenure tends to think that they know what is best and often put down newer employees for thinking creatively or innovating.
Working from home instead of in office
A real leader in DEI. The current DEI leader exhibits extreme biases and doesn't appear to understand what she's doing. yet, her poor quality work is praised by our E-Team leaders, because DEI and culture values at PSCU are for the perceptions than reality. Employee Engagement needs priority.
