I believe that my total compensation in comparisons to others are under. I believe that our compensation team have biases and have favorites within their own team and the organization.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Open-mindedness is key. Employees with long tenure tends to think that they know what is best and often put down newer employees for thinking creatively or innovating.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

A real leader in DEI. The current DEI leader exhibits extreme biases and doesn't appear to understand what she's doing. yet, her poor quality work is praised by our E-Team leaders, because DEI and culture values at PSCU are for the perceptions than reality. Employee Engagement needs priority.
