I feel undervalued because most of my peers and managers contribute less to results than I do. I wish that the best performers were rewarded. Pie in the sky!!

Make it timelier. the hiring process should take half a year
better train interviewer instead of giving them a generic paper to read off of
The hiring manager at PSE&G knows who is getting the job before the interviews even happen. PSE&G is very political and because it is a utility, does not need the best people in each role in order to make money.
