Brainstorming sessions are encouraged and everyone feels comfortable in voicing their oponions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership, new people managers and radicallly new CTOs
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone I interviewed with was aware that I was willing to put in the effort and learn everything I could about advertising. They appreciated my spirit and drive more than anything.
Was pretty efficient, had another offer on the table and helped to advance a decision
