Alignment -- everyone knows the goal and strives toward it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Culture makes the environment so welcoming. It is a real lift to come to our office.
Willingness of company to help out in times of need. Not everything goes according to plan and the company really tries hard to help out when the unexpected happens.
