PSE outreach programs attract diverse and nontraditional applicants, our leaders are trained to build trusting, inclusive work environments, and president and CEO, Kimberly J. Harris, seeks out diverse opinions and encourages candid conversation.  We also work with community organizations to promote diversity. PSE is a strong supporter of the Seattle chapter of BOLD (Business Opportunities for Leadership Diversity), which works to mobilize business leaders to create more inclusive workplaces. And we’ve partnered with organizations like Tabor 100 to provide scholarships for African-American students pursuing careers in clean energy fields.
