The pay is excellent, medical coverage is top notch.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Cream of the crop intellectually and they want to be here. They could generally make more money if they were in consulting or some other industries, so if they're here, they are probably committed to the work and enjoy the challenge.
We care about each other and treat each other like family.
