It's been incredible. I have accomplished things at PulsePoint that I wouldn't have had the opportunity to work on at my previous company. It's so fast paced here, but without the typical adtech egos and politics. Everyone genuinely believes in our mission.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very smart. I love working with grown-ups. I learn so much from them every day, and I love the independence I get to work on projects that interest me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
3 different tiers of health insurance (first is free), stock options, learning & development stipend ($2k every year), annual vacation bonus, generous parental leave and benefits, good PTO, but mostly the PEOPLE.
What makes you most happy at work?
My immediate team. I love my team's sense of humor, and we all have different interests. It's fun to learn about each other and work on projects when everyone has different ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO Sloan creates a cultural standard of caring personally about each person in the company. He sends personal thoughtful gifts and pays attention to our conversations. He is a servant leader and keeps us motivated and goal oriented.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The PEOPLE! They are so smart and kind, and you are supported with any project you're interested in driving. Our CEO is the most thoughtful person ever and I feel like I can bring my whole self to work every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Our Office Manager put together a goodie bag for me with snacks and water and marketing materials, and my interview started immediately after I arrived. I really enjoyed meeting with my future team members, it was a relatively easy decision after that.
