What's the HR team like at PulsePoint?
The HR team at PP is one of the best I've ever worked with in my career. From the moment I interviewed through my onboarding and at various touch points thereafter, the team is responsive, proactive, throgough and fun. It's not just your typicla HR team--they're aligned with the business strategy (the team reports directly to the CEO) and aren't just paper pushers. They care about the employee experience and do a lot to ensure we're happy.
How's the leadership on the HR team at PulsePoint?
They're great. Sloan definitely leads from the top and is completely available. No one is 'above' anyone else, no politics, no bs. Great environmnet to work in.
How's the work life balance at PulsePoint?
It's pretty good. You work 9-6.
Does PulsePoint have any remote positions?
Yes, but they're mostly for specific tech positions. For the most part, remote positions are not really common.
How's the vacation policy at PulsePoint?
it's pretty good. you have 20 PTO days, plus birthday PTO and 5 or so national holidays
