What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy. I can float any idea to the team or department. I may not get all my wishes granted but I know they will seriously consider what I am asking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not to get peraonal with their employees. They need to become better at being professional and need to grow their morals and treat people with fairness.

We have a variety of people from all over and they bring different views and ideas.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Mind their own business, let people keep their family life provate, dont be nosey person

Encouragement, recognition and open door policy.

Stop worrying about other people and look at yourself.
