What is the best part about your compensation package?

I appreciate the flexible work from home options and take it as wanted vacation

We have very competitive salary bands and employees are also compensated via bonuses, commission, etc based on performance and profits.

Flexible work hours and unlimited vacation are great!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No insurance coverage for families or spouses. Not paying market rate for positions. CEO and CFO will throw a tantrum if you ask for raises.
