What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flat hierarchy that allows everyone to be involved!
Leadership is committed to distributing decision making to everyone at the company and offering everyone opportunities to lead where they are passionate.
I've never worked in a job where the owners cared about everyone in the company so much.
Everyone at the company cares about team happiness and openness.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Petty attitude focused on short term cash at the expense of client relationships and project success. Cultish.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the flexible work from home options and take it as wanted vacation
We have very competitive salary bands and employees are also compensated via bonuses, commission, etc based on performance and profits.
Flexible work hours and unlimited vacation are great!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No insurance coverage for families or spouses. Not paying market rate for positions. CEO and CFO will throw a tantrum if you ask for raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honestly I don’t know where to begin. Everyone knows what everyone else is doing and and is committed to delivering the highest quality whether it’s their project or not.
Punchkick has some of the smartest people I've ever worked with.
Punchkick has many brilliant people in most non-executive roles who are fun to work with and will go the extra mile for clients

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You get to have a say in anything you care about.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The executive team needs to focus on long term client relationships, not on hoarding cash.
