Highly collaborative, accountable to each other, everyone lifts each other up, particularly if people need to take time off for personal reasons. Everyone is willing to show their vulnerabilities in different areas they may struggle with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Yvonne has significantly raised the level of social consciousness at Puppet. That's been a delight.
In the location I'm based everyone is very open and willing to take time to have a catch up or answer any questions you may have, this is also true across the company. With Covid-19 though it's definitely been more difficult with communicating purely through Slack.
