Setting clear roadmaps and actually leading the company
Transparency. Please do not tell us the company is fine financially and then the very next week you layoff 10% of the company.
Invest more in the very drastic strategies you are proposing.
People management.

Benefits are comprehensive and reasonably priced.
It’s a fairly good compensation package. I would like more time for maternity leav

I work with smart and dedicated people who all want to do the right thing.
We find most people who work here extremely driven and smart and always looking to help.
Review from Marketing Dept
Highly collaborative, accountable to each other, everyone lifts each other up, particularly if people need to take time off for personal reasons. Everyone is willing to show their vulnerabilities in different areas they may struggle with.

Get rid of siloed, land-grab mentalities.

Yvonne has significantly raised the level of social consciousness at Puppet. That's been a delight.
In the location I'm based everyone is very open and willing to take time to have a catch up or answer any questions you may have, this is also true across the company. With Covid-19 though it's definitely been more difficult with communicating purely through Slack.

We recently updated our values through a grassroots-driven effort with tons of employee input.

Refocus on what will make Puppet great, right now the company doesn't have a strong outlook
A recognition from leadership that there are several kinds of cultures in the building with their own styles and preferences.

My coworkers and my team
Challenging work, relationships based on trust, people I can learn from, welcoming environment, understanding of work/family balance.
Review from Marketing Dept
Improve to a transparency, collaborative environment. Actually fulfill what the customers are asking for in the product
Top down direction being given even when it doesn't align with our mission or values. Lack of seeking feedback on products that are EOL, instead they're pushed under the rug and forgotten about. Creativity is 'supposedly' encouraged, in practice you're told what to do, no questions allowed.

Second guessed on decisions and directions I make.
Tons of meetings with unclear goals/agendas, diffuse authority,
