Mr. Hakan Atalay serves as the Managing Director of Turkey at PVH Corp. Mr. Atalay is responsible for leading PVH's Turkish operations and establishing a strategic plan for the market based on a comprehensive understanding of local customers and consumers. Prior to joining PVH in 2013, he served as the General Manager for Levi Strauss & Company for five years in Turkey. Since the start of his career in 1995, he has held various positions in commercial operations and retail management of global and local premium lifestyle brands, including with Nike (both in Turkey and European Headquarters in the Netherlands), Unitim (a Turkish multibrand apparel and fashion company), Altinyildiz (a Turkish apparel and textile company) and Mexx. He has 20 years of experience in sales and financial operations, with a specialty in brand and retail management of global and local premium lifestyle brands. Mr. Atalay graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Textile Engineering and received his MBA from Marmara University.
