He focused on e-commerce and wholesale sales in North America and oversaw a 160-person sales, operations and customer service team. He spent two years as the Senior Vice President of Sales for surf and snowboarding apparel brand Quiksilver. Mr. Graham served as Senior Vice President of Commerce for Easton Bell Sports. From 1995 to 2011, he worked for Nike, where he rose through the management ranks and served as Commercial Director of Nike Action Sports. Mr. Graham served as Nike's Director of Apparel Sales, North America and served as its Director of Sales - Canada. He graduated cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government.
