Maela Mandelli — Managing Director of Middle East & Africa and the Netherlands at PVH

Ms. Maela Mandelli has been the Managing Director of Middle East & Africa and The Netherlands at PVH Corp. since January 30, 2016 and served as its Managing Director of Middle East and Africa from June 2013 to January 30, 2016. Ms. Mandelli is responsible for creating the strategic plan to develop and strengthen the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein businesses across the Middle East, Africa and Greece. Overseeing the 100 plus stores in the region, Ms. Mandelli and her team, who are based in Amsterdam, worked with partners in over 20 countries to establish premium positioning for both brands, drive sustainable growth and open stores in additional markets. Ms. Mandelli joined PVH with over 15 years of international experience with leading athletic and apparel brands. Immediately prior to joining PVH, she worked at Diesel for over five years as Global Sales Director, focusing on consolidating the business in Europe and North America, while expanding across Asia and Latin America. Prior to joining Diesel, Ms. Mandelli spent 10 years at Nike in various commercial, brand and general management roles, including EMEA Apparel Business Director, where she was responsible for leading all merchandising activities across the region. Ms. Mandelli graduated from the University Cattolica of Milan, where she completed a degree in International Economics.
