Prior to joining PVH Corp., He served as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He has more than 25 years of diverse financial management and executive leadership experience in the apparel and financial industries. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Superba, Inc. Mr. Shaffer has been an Independent Director of Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. since May 12, 2014 and Warnaco Group Inc. since February 13, 2013. He graduated from George Washington University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
