Quarter earning, bottom line, no vision. Nepotism by c-suite.

It took forever to get an answer. On boarding was hardly a thing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This leadership team currently in place is corrupt, sociopaths with their own personal agendas. They do not care about their employees at all.
