There was a code challenge that was, for lack of a better word, challenging but I was able to answer it and felt very good about that

We set small and big goals, and people notices when you accomplish one of those and are eager to give you the recognition for a job well done

Once the company has decided on a path they make sure to follow it, so you know what to expect because they are willing to put in the work along with the employees to accomplish the goal

Everybody is focused on their work but nobody hesitates to give a hand, the managers are aware of each person expertise so they can always suggest a person who you can speak to unblock any of your tasks
