Great place to work! The product is interesting and innovative, and the work culture is very strong even with the move to remote work.

Pypestream is a fast-paced start up, and generally a really good place to learn and grow (especially from a technical perspective). The work is challenging but fulfilling, and the people are amazing to work with. Highly recommend for go-getters and self-starters.

It is not based on demography but the skills. Also, it translates well compared to market even when the role is remote. It also includes compensation for remote setup, co-working spaces and what not.

Good salary and the company increases your salary on a regular basis, even more based on milestones achieved

I feel that I receive fair compensation for the work I perform and what I bring to the company; I've always been treated right in that regard

The benefits offerings could be better, but we do get unlimited PTO so that kind of balances things out. I haven't made it through a review cycle yet, so it's yet to be seen how raises are handled here.

The total compensation for many technical roles is not competitive with other startups of comparable size. This is making it hard to attract and retain talent.

Equity package seems very low

The people here are amazing to work with. Everyone is smart, knowledgeable, and willing to help you with anything. I'm impressed at how well we all work together, especially in a virtual environment.
