What makes you most happy at work?

Building creative solutions for clients, solving tough problems, and learning new skills on the job.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreciate that leadership is transparent, and so far seem to be employee-focused. I hope they continue to invest and support their employees as we grow as a company.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The people here are amazing to work with. Everyone is smart, knowledgeable, and willing to help you with anything. I'm impressed at how well we all work together, especially in a virtual environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits offerings could be better, but we do get unlimited PTO so that kind of balances things out. I haven't made it through a review cycle yet, so it's yet to be seen how raises are handled here.
