What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support from the leadership team, managers and colleague.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Sufficient and equal amount of focus directed towards testing analytical ability, hands-on experience of stacks and communication.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to work at flexible hours and timezones. Ability to take onus and responsibility and pass around any new ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is not based on demography but the skills. Also, it translates well compared to market even when the role is remote. It also includes compensation for remote setup, co-working spaces and what not.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
1. Transparency and answering every question that we ask whether it's about revenue, profits or even perks. 2. Super supportive for the employees tending to our every need which ensures productivity. 3. Showed faith in themselves and the team especially during the pandemic.
