Understanding that people have a life outside of work
Being decent people to work with/for.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Toxic work culture, everything is wrong with this place.
Better treatment by management, especially the CEO.
Compensation appears fair (if on the low end) until actual details of day to day activities are revealed. 10 hour work days with no lunch break, expected to be available and responsive via email 24/7. Managers randomly send emails that state "respond in one hour or pack up your things."
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team i work on is fantastic. I love my coworkers and weve gotten extremely close and hang out outaide of work. Im happy to have met them and become friends with them
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A different company culture that did not leave employees terrified of one another.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
EVERYTHING. Just because you pay someone does not mean you own them and their lives.
Stop working employees into the ground and making them hate their jobs
Partner's treatment of entire organization and the management methods they encourage.
