As a team all my co-workers are great to work with. They are always there to help and the energy provided by the team is very positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would really like the company to have a performance based compensation/perks/incentives annually and also have a compensation raise every 2 yrs. I would really appreciate if we could implement the same.
