Highly focused group of individuals
approachable friendly and caring at all times
Keep checking, keep guiding and keep motivating. Leaders lead by example that give so much encouragement to me. I think this covers the whole 9 yards.
Leadership team is very supportive in all aspects be it personal or work related! Particularly the CEO is very handson and properly guides the team towards a common goal

Friendly screening process, provide the candidate with supporting info to perform screenings
Importance is given to candidate's domain knowledge and hands on experience.

Very cheerful and positive. well matched in termsof expectations. All commitments are followed through.
Phone Screening and Skill Test.
The interview process was laid out by each step. I was able to meet with the CEO on two different occasions. I felt very comfortable asking questions and being myself. They communicated very clearly and stuck to their timeline

After decades of work, I finally have found a team that is very respectful to my shortcomings and blind spots. Have always been encouraged both by the leadership and peers. Overall competence levels at especially leadership are very high. Deal win and customer retention is excellent.
