Ms. Ley served as Chief Accounting Officer at QEP Midstream Partners GP LLC since March 17, 2014 and served as its Vice President and Controller. She joined QEP September 2012. She served as Director of Financial Reporting at QEP from September 2012 to November 2013 and served as its Interim Controller from November 2013 to March 2014. Prior to joining QEP, she was employed by Frontier Oil Corporation as an Accounting/ Financial Analyst Manager from 2001 to 2011 and at Arthur Andersen, LLP as an Audit Manager in the Energy Division from 1996 to 2001. Ms. Ley is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds BBA and MS in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
