Mr. Stanley served as Chairman of QEP Midstream Partners GP LLC - General Partner of QEP Midstream Partners, LP since April 2013. He has been a Director of QEP Midstream Partners GP, LLC - general partner of QEP Midstream Partners, LP since April 2013. He has been a Director of QEP Resources, Inc., since June 2010.
