Richard J. Doleshek — Executive VP & CFO at QEP Resources

Mr. Richard J. Doleshek served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of QEP Midstream Partners GP LLC - the General Partner of QEP Midstream Partners, LP since April 2013 and served as its Treasurer. Mr. Doleshek has more than 30 years of experience upstream and midstream oil and gas industry. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at QEP Resources, Inc. since 2010 and served as its Treasurer from 2010 to 2014. Mr. Doleshek served as an Executive Vice President of Questar Pipeline Company since July 1, 2009 and served as its Chief Financial Officer. He served as Chief Accounting Officer at QEP Resources, Inc. from November 25, 2013 to March 6, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Questar Gas Company since May 19, 2009 and served as its Treasurer. Mr. Doleshek served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Questar Corp. from May 7, 2009 to June 2010 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until June 2010. Mr. Doleshek served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HilCorp. Energy Company from June 2001 to April 2009. He was also responsible for Hilcorp's accounting, treasury, planning, investor relations, human resources, information technology and legal functions. Mr. Doleshek began his career in 1980 with Amoco Production Company as a reservoir and production engineer. In the mid-1980s he moved in to energy banking with Bankers Trust Company, later acquired by Deutsche Bank. In the mid-1990s he became Managing Director and Co-Head of Deutsche's Houston office, where he helped oil and gas companies structure and finance a broad range of transactions. He served as a Director of QEP Midstream Partners GP LLC - General Partner of QEP Midstream Partners, LP since April 2013.
